Celebrating Georgene Brodie
April 28, 2003
The Robert Packard Center for ALS Research hosted a luncheon on April
28, 2003 at Johns Hopkins for the family and friends of Georgene Brodie.
At the lunch, Packard Center board member Jay Brodie and his daughters
Kimberly Brodie-Hopkins and Ellen Jarrett presented Dr. Jeffrey Rothstein
with a $50,000 check from the Georgene Brodie Fund for the Future. This
generous contribution came from the proceeds of Georgene Brodie's "Celebrate
Baltimore" fundraising event on June 2, 2002, and will benefit research
at the Center.
