Funded by families, for families
When Michael Jaillet was diagnosed with ALS, he and his family took action. MJ's Army was created to raise awareness of this devastating disease, to assist the ALS community through volunteerism and to raise money for patient care and research, including the work of the Packard Center.
"Awarenss is great, but we need to accelerate research. Families with ALS don't have the gift of time. Funding is the only that will dramatically speep up therpaies to slow or stop ALS," said Michael Jaillet.
Since Jaillet's death in 2014, the family had continued their mission and support of the Packard Center. The hope is in the science.
